- We are expanding our Institutional Sales and Business Development team and are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven professionals.- This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with field sales, institutional meetings, student counseling, and closing enrollments for skill-based programs.- This is a performance-oriented, target-based sales role. - Candidates seeking non-target or desk-only roles should not apply.Key Responsibilities :- Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and training institutes- Build and manage long-term institutional partnerships- Promote CRT programs, skill courses, and paid workshops- Conduct institutional visits and market outreach- Generate leads through seminars, workshops, and campus activities- Counsel students and parents on programs and career outcomes- Close enrollments and manage the end-to-end admission process- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workshop execution- Achieve 25-30 monthly enrollment and revenue targets- Maintain accurate follow-ups, reports, and sales dataMandatory Requirements :- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English- Target-focused, result-oriented mindset- Immediate joiners preferred (ref:updazz.com)
