This role demands practical engineering expertise to develop and execute real-world agricultural solutions that drive efficiency, sustainability, and technological advancement. Key Responsibilities o Project Management & Implementation: Lead and manage agricultural and agri- tech projects, ensuring alignment with sustainable practices and successful execution. o Research & Innovation: Conduct research on current agricultural challenges and develop innovative, technology-driven solutions. Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in agriculture and agri-tech. o Sustainability: Integrate sustainable, environmentally responsible practices into all project activities. Promote resource-efficient methods and solutions. o Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and engage with the agricultural community to identify needs, co-create solutions, and address real-world problems.
Skills: o Expertise in agricultural machinery, equipment, and technology o Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices o Strong research and analytical skills o Ability to manage multiple projects effectively o Excellent communication skills o Passion for innovation in agriculture Qualifications: o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field o Minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture or agri-tech projects
