Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Audit & Compliance:

• Conduct regular audits of agricultural practices to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company protocols.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and monitor progress.

Field Operations:

• Provide expert agronomic guidance to field teams, ensuring optimal crop health, yield, and quality.
• Monitor and analyze field data, including soil health, irrigation practices, and pest management strategies.
• Work closely with farmers and agricultural teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of agricultural activities, audit findings, and compliance measures.
• Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of field observations, research findings, and agronomic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in agricultural operations, with a focus on actual agricultural work (excluding pesticides and seeds).
• Strong knowledge of agronomic principles, crop management practices, and sustainable agriculture techniques.
• Proven experience in conducting audits, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in agricultural documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to various field locations as required.
