Role Overview

As a Retail Agronomist at Paudhe Se Yaari, you will be the go-to plant expert in the store -- guiding customers, nurturing plant health, and ensuring an exceptional green shopping experience. You will play a key role in both customer delight and store plant upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plants, planters & care products Provide plant care guidance (light, watering, soil, fertiliser, repotting, pests) Drive retail sales by building trust and offering expert advice Assist customers with balcony/indoor garden styling recommendations
Plant Care & Inventory Management

Daily monitoring of plant health across the store Timely watering, fertilisation, pruning, repotting, and grooming Propagating required plant varieties Pest & disease identification and treatment Maintain accurate inventory levels and support stock replenishment Ensure all plants are displayed attractively and follow brand standards
Store Operations Support

Assist in maintaining plant displays & visual merchandising Support during new plant arrivals - sorting, tagging, quality checks Participate in events, workshops, and landscaping consultations when needed
