Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Conduct In house Quality Field trials of Crop Protection Products (Acaricides, Insecticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, & PGR) for evaluation of GAP and Identification of Potential Crop and pests, performance against target pest in various crop segments.
• Initiation, follow up and successful completion of all field trials for evaluation of Crop Protection products (Acaricides, Insecticide, Herbicides, Fungicides, PGRs) and timely submission of reports as per requirement of R&D team.
• Data compilation, analysis, drafting summaries / inferences in timely manner.
• Keeping a close watch and gather complete information on the new as well as existing crop protection molecules available or launched in the market and accordingly provide clear, accurate information in a productive manner to the R&D team.
• Go getter and willing to take initiatives in the area of research and development; able to interact and collaborate with research community and cross functional team within organization.
• Collaboration with external, internal shareholders and closely co-ordinate with farmers for field trials Need to travel for conducting trials.

• Postgraduate in Agriculture Science: Agronomy/Entomology/Plant Pathology
• Minimum 6-10 years experience in conducting inhouse field trails with Crop Protection Products
• Preferred skilled: The candidate with agriculture background (B. Sc. And M.Sc. Agriculture) with Specialization in Agronomy
• Good working knowledge of computer and comfortable with MS office
• Technical Skillsagronomic and physiology knowledge of key crops, use pattern and technical knowledge of crop protection solutions, well versed in identification of Weeds, Insects and Diseases of Crops
• Must have knowledge of the statistical approach to experimental designs like RBD, CRBD etc. with an emphasis on the core concepts of randomization and blocking for conducting trails for evaluation of Crop protection products.
• Must have knowledge of using statistical tools like SPSS, OPSTAT for data analysis (ANOVA)
• Interpersonal SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
