Design, implement, and manage hydroponic systems for leafy greens, herbs, and other crops.
Develop and monitor nutrient solutions tailored to specific crop requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of crop health, identifying and addressing any issues related to pests, diseases, or environmental factors.
Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and optimize hydroponic techniques and systems.
Train and guide farm staff on best practices in hydroponic farming.
Analyze data related to crop yield, nutrient efficiency, and environmental conditions.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
