Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agronomist to join our team. The Agronomist will be responsible for providing expertise and support in the Operations, Certifications, cultivation and management of crops, ensuring optimal yields, quality, and sustainability. This role involves a combination of fieldwork, research, and Operations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Research Work . Generate and cultivate a strong relationship with key local stakeholders in other to better understand the local agronomic system. \xc2\xb7 Data compilation, analysis, drafting summaries / inferences in timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Go getter and willing to take initiatives in the area of research and development; able to interact and collaborate with research community and cross functional team within organization. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate the smooth-functioning of tasks in the organization \xc2\xb7 Talk to Clients/Suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Handling Certifications and Audits \xc2\xb7 Communication Responsibilities like mails, schedule and co-ordinate meetings, calls related to business tasks. \xc2\xb7 Create reports and presentations. \xc2\xb7 Documentation work in relation with the ongoing trading work. \xc2\xb7 Assist in business operations. \xc2\xb7 Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. \xc2\xb7 Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive\'s absence; speaking for the executive. \xc2\xb7 Make necessary payments on behalf of the firm while keeping track of all the billings and forms. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to quality standards, Certification and processes.
