Job Responsibilities

Educating to the visiting groups about farming and agriculture

Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Experiential learning to both students and corporates about agriculture/ farming

Looking into the maintenance and cleanliness of the farm on regular basis.

Farm maintenance

Safety check of the place

Hosting clients with all activities of the D-day with experiential learning related to farming / agriculture to clients' base.

Supervising into the work related to crops production & management, sowing, Nursery, pesticides, keeping the land /beds ready for next harvest, drip irrigation management etc required for proper harvest

Implementation fertilizers and irrigation based on crop needs and weather condition.

Getting the work done from the farmers and labourers, housekeeping and repairs.

Soil Science and Fertility management.

Record keeping of inputs, yields and expenses for planning.

Day to day administrative work related to supply of vegetables to hotels etc.

Working Hours :

8 am to 6 pm at the agriculture farm

Education Qual :

B.Sc (Agriculture)

Communication

: Good in English and Telugu
