We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Agronomist to join our team at Jai Kisan. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to farmers. You will work closely with farmers to optimize crop production, enhance sustainability practices, and improve overall farm efficiency. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and guidance to farmers on crop selection, planting techniques, pest management, and crop rotation strategies.
• Monitor crop growth, identify diseases or pest infestations, and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and optimize yield.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in agronomy, farming techniques, and technological innovations to provide up-to-date recommendations to farmers.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to conduct field trials, evaluate new products, and develop innovative farming practices.
• Influence and educate farmers on sustainable farming practices, conservation methods, and environmental stewardship.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in agronomy and crop management, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, pest management, and precision agriculture techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess crop health, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex agronomic concepts and recommendations to farmers in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with farmers and industry professionals.
• Willingness to travel to farms and agricultural sites as required.
