We are a Hydroponics farm in Bangalore with the unit of 12000 sq ft just 40 kms from the center of the city. It is an NFT system and Growbags based based farm completely customized to increase efficiency and volume of the produce. The directors come from IT sector and envision to expand the business line in near future and you can be a key part of this growth boosting your career in field of modern agriculture. Responsibilities End to end management of the farm activities ensuring timely and quality produce. Tracking and supervising crop schedule and automation systems to maintain optimum conditions for healthy growth of the plants. Supervising the supporting worker/s to conduct farm activities like sowing, planting, harvest and packaging in a desirable manner. Tracking nutrient levels and plants health on a regular basis and modify or report to the consultant as and when required. This would require observing the farm and plants diligently. Ensuring entry to the farm is restricted to authorized personnel only. Stay will be provided at the farm premises itself and you not need to commute of a daily basis. Qualifications Prior experience in handling and growing leafy vegetables is a must. Diploma and above in Agriculture with 1-3 years of experience in Hydroponics farming would be added advantage.
