Profile

- Plant Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor daily plant machinery used in pesticide formulation, filling, and packaging. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production targets. Coordinate with the production and QA team to maintain quality and compliance standards. Monitor raw material and packaging material availability; report shortages. Manage routine cleaning and maintenance of plant equipment. Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines strictly. Maintain accurate documentation for batch processing and shift operations. Assist with material movement and inventory management in the warehouse. Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods as per FIFO/LIFO systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in plant operations within the

pesticide/agrochemical industry

. Knowledge of formulation processes (liquid, powder, granule) and packaging machinery. Experience with

warehouse operations

and inventory handling. Familiarity with

safety protocols

, PPE, and hazardous material handling. Ability to maintain production records and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant technical field. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) for report maintenance is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in pesticide/chemical manufacturing plants. Should be physically fit and ready to work in a shift-based environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
