What you will do.
Drive end-to-end B2B sales of agrochemical products in the assigned region.
Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, agri-input dealers, institutional buyers, and manufacturing partners.
Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers while expanding wallet share from existing accounts. Track market demand, pricing, competitor activities, and seasonal trends to drive business decisions. Lead negotiations, finalize pricing, contracts, and commercial terms including credit.
Own and deliver regional P&L, revenue targets, and sales forecasts.
Represent OfBusiness in industry events, customer meets, and product presentations
What we are looking for.
Minimum 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience in agrochemicals (crop protection, fertilizers, technicals, or formulations).
Strong understanding of the agrochemical market (preferred).
Existing network of key distributors and channel partners.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and market development skill
