About the internship

:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team at UPJAOO Agritech startup. As the Agritech App Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of our mobile app, coordinating with the mobile app vendor, and ensuring its successful usage by farmers.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the mobile app vendor to ensure the timely development and launch of the app
2. Provide clear guidelines and requirements to the vendor to ensure the app meets the desired specifications
3. Follow up with the vendor to track the progress and resolve any issues
4. Devise and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the app among targeted farmer communities
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, campaigns, and initiatives to increase app awareness and adoption
6. Track app usage metrics, and user feedback, and conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
2. Previous experience in coordinating app development and vendor management is preferred
3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mobile app development processes
4. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with external vendors
5. Knowledge of agricultural practices and familiarity with the challenges faced by farmers is a plus

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 50 per application).
