Salary Budget - 35K - 45K
Reporting - Program Manager /Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement M & E processes and systems according to Program \xe2\x97\x8f Establish internal quality checks and assessments for monitoring, learning, and performance management. \xe2\x97\x8f Support the implementation team in preparation of annual plans( activity plan, training plan, and continuous improvement plan) and RFPs. \xe2\x97\x8f Support the Program Manager in regular monitoring of project results & risks and ensure mitigation measures are put into place on a timely basis. \xe2\x97\x8f Build the capacities of Joint liability groups for operationalizing M & E system. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct support visits to Clusters to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports. \xe2\x97\x8f Support the implementation team in conducting program reviews and developing Presentations and reports. \xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to the creation of communications materials for strengthening the story of Better Cotton. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that all project staff maintain a high level of transparency, responsibility, and Accountability in reporting of project results. \xe2\x97\x8f Frequent travel to project locations (Bijapur,Bagalkote,Bellari,Navalagund) to ensure compliance against data reporting. Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Salary: 940,000.00 - 955,247.39 per month Schedule:

• Hubli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
