Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting production, quality checks, and promoting organic soil
conditioner products. The role requires extensive field travel across India for demonstrations,
dealer support, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in production operations and quality testing of organic soil conditioners.
Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and technical presentations.
Support marketing and sales teams with technical inputs and product training.
Travel across India to visit farms, distributors, and agricultural events.
Collect field feedback and contribute to product development.
Maintain technical documentation, reports, and customer follow-ups.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of soil health, biochar, and organic inputs.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Ability to interact with farmers, dealers, and agricultural institutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
