Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate
new leads
through field visits, market research, and networking.
Build and maintain
strong relationships with clients
, distributors, dealers, and farmers.
Conduct
regular field tours
to understand customer needs and promote company products.
Present and promote company solutions to potential customers through
meetings, demos, and site visits
.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into
successful sales closures
.
Collect
market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
to support strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at
exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
when required.
Requirements & Skills
Educational background in
Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field
.
Experience in
sales, marketing, or field business development
(agri industry preferred).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Willingness to
travel extensively
for client visits and market development.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic proficiency in
MS Office, email, and smartphone-based communication tools
.
Prior experience in
greenhouses, irrigation, agri-inputs, or farm equipment
will be an added advantage.
