Vegrow is a tech platform partnering with farmers, aggregating supply and selling to organized demand through partnership. Vegrow simplifies farming and increases land utilization for farmers. Vegrow is a VC-funded startup founded by a group of IITians having a passion for agro-tech and experience in agri-input & agri-output companies viz. AgroStar & ITC. The team has experience in building products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100, solving critical problems of marketplaces & B2B businesses like UrbanCompany & Chronus.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct experiments on the fruits to increase shelf life and modify the supply chain of the fruits
2. Visit the local markets to get quality insights into the business development
3. Visit farms to check the quality of the fruits we are procuring
4. Report regularly in the given format required by the central team

Who can apply:

1. Language Preferred - Tamil, Kannad, English, Telugu, Malayalam
2. Pursuing an agriculture degree

Additional Details:

Location: Maddur, Bangalore, Chikkaballapur, Mandya, Chennai, Anantpur, Gooty, Cochin, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Jagityal
Accommodation: 3,500/- will be provided for accommodation & reimbursement. Travel expenses will be provided if the intern travels for work
