Role and Responsibilites:

An Agri Field Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an agricultural field. They will work with farmer community to help them improve their yields and profits. They will also help provide technical / agri-product assistance and training to farmers. Experience in fertilizer and pesticides is must? Conduct field visits to farms to assess the needs of farmers and to provide technical /product assistance. Train farmers on new agricultural technologies and practices. Monitor the progress of agricultural projects and provide feedback to farmers. Financial targets will be based on the region they are posted and size of the market
