The Agriculture Field Officer (AFO) will act as a bridge between farmers and the company, ensuring effective outreach, product awareness, and farmer support. The role involves field visits, farmer interaction, demonstrations, lead generation, and ensuring adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. The AFO will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical guidance, and building strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and FPOs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to meet farmers, retailers, and FPOs.
Promote and demonstrate company's agricultural products (fertilizers, sprays, biochar, etc.).
Organize farmer meetings, field trials, and awareness camps.
Collect feedback from farmers and report market trends.
Achieve sales targets through direct farmer engagement and channel partners.
Maintain sales records, farmer database, and daily activity reports.
Provide technical guidance on crop health, soil improvement, and sustainable practices.
Build long-term relationships with progressive farmers and agri-influencers.
Coordinate with internal teams for product supply, training, and marketing support.
