Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of fertilizer and pesticides field sales experience
- Any diploma or bachelor degree holder. Agri or DAESI graduates preferred
- Excellent communication in Kannada or Marathi and English
- Shall be based out of Belagavi district talukas such as, Belgavi, Athani, Chikkodi or Gokak, Hukkeri, Khanapur, Bailhongal, Rayabag, Nippani, Kagawad etc.
- Interacting and collaborating with, Farmers, Fertilizer dealers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs),
- Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the company\'s presence and generate new business opportunities.
