Job Title: Agriculture Field Officer Location: Sambhajinagar Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Field Officer to join our team. The Agriculture Field Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase agricultural productivity and profitability for our clients. The successful candidate will be passionate about agriculture and have a strong understanding of Traditional as well as modern farming techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing agricultural strategies that increase productivity and profitability.

• Conducting research and providing advice on new agricultural techniques and technologies.

• Building relationships with farmers, suppliers, FPOs, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.

• Providing training and education to farmers on best practices for crop production and management.

• Conducting regular site visits to monitor crops and identify any issues or areas for improvement.

• Creating and maintaining accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data.

• Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.

• Monitoring client farms through advance technology like satellite monitoring

Salary :Depends upon skill and calibar Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agriculture, preferably in a field officer or similar role. Freshers can also apply

• Strong knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
