- Should be open minded to manage labors and plan the work daily
- Improvise the farm production with innovative skills and generate revenue a target
- Flexible enough to work morning 8 AM to 6 PM and stay at a field on need basis
- Experience in Natural Fertilizer production, Biogas, Milk production and processing, Waste Management, Vermin production
