About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Farm Manager

with a strong background in agriculture. The candidate will oversee large agricultural farms, manage day-to-day operations, supervise labour, maintain drip irrigation systems, and coordinate activities at the

oil extraction plant

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise large-scale agricultural farm operations Oversee and maintain

drip irrigation

systems Manage, coordinate, and assign tasks to farm labour Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and farm inputs Supervise operations at the

oil extraction plant

Maintain daily records of farm activities and labour workflow Prepare and

update daily reports

to the head/management Ensure smooth and efficient work processes

Required Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Agriculture

(Mandatory) Minimum 2-5 years of farm management experience preferred Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, crop management & field supervision Ability to lead and manage labour teams

Language Skills:

Must be able to read, write, and speak

English, Hindi, and Telugu

Computer Knowledge:

Should be able to use MS Office/Excel for preparing reports Good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary:

?35,000 - ?50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
