Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role as an

Agriculture Advisor

.

Provide technical expertise on crop protection products to farmers on call. Analyse data to make informed recommendations, and assist farmers in implementing best agricultural practices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication skills. Increasing and managing sales Focus on customer experience is a must!

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Sc (Agriculture) degree from a recognized university. Minimum 6 years of experience in agriculture marketing, agronomy, horticulture, or related fields. Strong understanding of agricultural practices, including pest management techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Deep knowledge and experience in agriculture and farming practices Excellent soft skill and experience in handling customer calls Experience in analyzing and interpreting agricultural data Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with farmers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
