Accepting the users' enrollment and revenue generation targets
allocated by the management and achieving within stipulated
period of time.
? Submission of daily progress report (DPR) in the morning and
planning the next day's working with supervisory officer/manager
via virtual meet.
? Achieving desired sales ratio.
? Monitoring performance of Value Added services
? Weekly, monthly and quarterly work analysis report and
achievement trend to be reviewed with AM.
? Suggesting various models of attractive users' enrollments and
revenue generation schemes, keeping an eye closely on various
social media activities related to farming.
? Work closely with Freelancers Team of your territory particularly
for revenue generation.
? Visiting KVK, Agriculture University, various departments related
to farming community and maintaining good relationship for
business.
? Clients network creation, its maintenance and handling and public
relation. Sales order administration with company.
? Suggest the pricing structures, ensuring the actual sale and
receiving payments within the time frame in company's accounts.
? Learning the new ideas of sales from various sources including
seniors of the company.
? Ensuring the best services for customer satisfaction up to highest
level.
? Keeping an eye on competitors to maintain the lead in the market.
? Strictly follow the policies of the company like leave policy, travel
policy and the privacy policy of the company.
Attendance ? Daily online attendance at 09:30 am
? For field staff - if his/her phone found switched off during the
working hours for a period of 45 minutes or more without prior information, that day will be assumed as leave without pay.
