will be responsible for promoting agricultural products and services to farmers, dealers, and distributors through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (farmers, dealers, retailers).
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
Generate leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.
Support field sales teams by scheduling appointments or collecting feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide customer support and handle queries or complaints professionally.
Stay updated with the latest agricultural products, market trends, and competitors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or agricultural sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language].
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
