The intern will interact with farmers, dealers, and distributors through calls and digital platforms to understand their requirements and recommend suitable agri-input solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with farmers, dealers, and retailers via phone calls and digital channels
Understand crop requirements and recommend suitable agricultural products
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to support conversions
Maintain accurate customer data, leads, and sales records in CRM systems
Provide basic advisory support related to crop stages and product usage
Handle inbound and outbound queries professionally and promptly
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer onboarding
Eligibility & Requirements
BSc / MSc / MBA in Agriculture or related field (Preferred)
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks including CRM updates and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of agri-inputs, crop cycles, and rural markets is an advantage
Self-motivated, organised, and willing to work in a process-driven environment
