The Agri Fertilizer Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling fertilizer products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers. The role involves market visits, product demos, distributor management, and achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage dealer & retailer networks.
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings & product demos.
Provide technical guidance on crop management, pest control & fertilizer application
Ensure product availability and timely payment collection.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Diploma in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related field (preferred).
Gender: Male candidates only
Experience: Minimum 1 -2 year of relevant field experience
Skills:
Strong field-level sales skills
Good communication & relationship management
Knowledge of fertilizers, crop nutrition & agri practices
