will be responsible for field-level marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. The role involves meeting farmers, dealers, and distributors, conducting field demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm machinery, etc.).
Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key farmers.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the head office and telemarketing team for lead conversion.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and activity reports.
Participate in agri exhibitions, fairs, and local marketing events.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Diploma in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related field (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in agri-sales, rural marketing, or farm advisory roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language].
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
