Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, feed, supplements, equipment, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and field trials
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing
Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to customers
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for promotions and campaigns
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field
1-5 years of experience in agricultural sales or marketing (freshers may apply for junior roles)
Strong understanding of farming practices and agri-products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field areas
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Valid driver's license preferred
