Roles and responsibilities

Respond to User Queries Reply to agricultural queries related to crops, seeds, markets, products, services, etc., received through the Mobile app, Customer Service number, and Social Media Platforms within the decided TAT, directly impacting user satisfaction and contributing to increased orders and app engagement. Monitor the Mobile app and Social Media Platforms daily to address user queries efficiently. Updates on recent Agriculture Developments and Technology Track the latest package of practices issued by research and educational institutes to provide users with up-to-date advice. Attend online and offline training sessions, seminars, and Kisan Melas to stay informed, which helps in providing relevant updates and content, leading to an increase in app userbase. Share alternative agricultural practices to offer users diverse solutions. Write Agricultural Content & Technical Notes Prepare and update Crop Lifecycle Documentations and Technical notes to ensure comprehensive and accurate information is available, supporting an increase in app engagement and new crops/animal breeds added to the platform. Create seasonal content for Social Media posts to drive engagement. Write Blogs/Articles for publishing on in-house and external platforms. Edit and audit data to facilitate IT developments, ensuring the platform remains user-friendly Creating / facilitating Video Content Arrange field visits to various farms for video documentation, generating content for our users, and potentially lead to more orders and sales. Conduct interviews with domain experts and farmers to provide authoritative content. Create short advisory/update videos for social media posts.
