Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (Master's preferred)
Hands-on experience in farming or agricultural consultancy
Strong understanding of crops, soil health, and pest control
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and ability to work with diverse communities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Basic computer skills
