We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from identifying talent and conducting interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to match candidates to the company's culture and role requirements.
Responsibilities
:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments from job posting to onboarding.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interviews with relevant teams.
Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring
priorities
.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or job fairs.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
