Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and agri-input retailers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and stakeholders.
Promote company products (pesticides, fertilizers, PGRs) through field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and dealer engagements.
Provide technical support and agronomic advice to clients on crop protection, nutrition, and growth solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to plan product launches and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales records, submit reports, and update CRM tools.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and agricultural events to represent the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Agri-Business (B.Sc).
2-5 years of experience in
B2C Agri-input sales
(pesticides, fertilizers, PGRs).
Strong knowledge of crop production, soil health, and plant protection products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
