Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and sales processes through structured training and continuous learning.
Support the sales team in lead generation, market research, prospecting, and systematic customer follow-ups.
Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions to build strong relationships.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and other required sales documentation.
Accurately maintain and update customer records, lead status, and sales reports using CRM tools or MS Excel.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, accounts, and customer support to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
