Senior Manager- Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Financial Controller to lead our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing revenue management, fund raising activities, maintaining books of accounts, inventory management, profit and loss analysis, accounts receivable, audit, due diligence, and various other financial tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

- Oversee the accurate and timely revenue booking for all business verticals.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on revenue to the management and taking the important decisions

- Conduct a thorough review of details, including purchase orders, client agreements, signoffs, and product delivery, in relation to revenue.

- Maintaining Books of Accounts, Business Forecast & Compliances:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting & Management and Revenue Recognition.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Handling direct, Indirect & International taxation for the Company

Fundraising Activities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders in planning and executing fund raising activities.

- Generate reports related to the business to support fundraising initiatives.

Profit & Loss Analysis:

- Prepare comprehensive monthly profit and loss statements for each business vertical.

- Generate additional financial reports as required by management.

- Business Analysis of the business units

Audit and Due Diligence:

- Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support.

Qualification/ Eligibility:

- Master\'s degree in Finance & Accounting -Chartered Accountant.

- 9+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

- Strong analytical and leadership skills- Lead a team of at least 5 team members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
