Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
Forecast hiring needs and build proactive pipelines for critical roles
Leadership Hiring & Stakeholder Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
Partner with business heads to understand talent needs and deliver solutions
Process Excellence & Automation:
Drive process improvements and implement recruitment automation tools
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
Strengthen employer brand through campaigns, social media, and partnerships
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and TA specialists
Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners
Desired Expertise & Qualifications
8-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in large-scale or fast-paced environments
Proven success in leadership hiring and strategic workforce planning
Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and analytics
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
