Requisites:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant legislation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team targets. Build and maintain robust client relationships through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Oversee the sales process from prospecting through to closing. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and promotions. Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
