Job Description

Key responsibilities of an AGM in real estate might include:

Sales Team Leadership:

Managing a team of sales agents, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve desired results.

Market Analysis:

Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to develop effective sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the buying process.

Project Management:

Overseeing the marketing and sales activities for specific real estate projects, including pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Regularly tracking sales performance, generating reports, and forecasting future sales trends.

Channel Partner Management:

Collaborating with brokers, dealers, and other channel partners to expand sales reach.

Training and Development:

Coaching and training sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
