Roles Responsibilities:Responsible for setting up direction for Program Management team, Operations Management team, and Technical Delivery team to carry out activities.
Responsible for handling high-level escalations.
Responsible for smooth working of operations at all levels (NOC, GITC, DCs, LHOs, Zonal Offices, Branches Foreign Offices).
Primarily accountable for successful implementation of the project; act to remove critical project bottlenecks.
