for AGM-Marketing and CommunicationRoles and Responsibilities:o Analyze market trends, track campaign performance & adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.o Organizing and overseeing strategic branding/communication campaigns and promotional events.o Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales [B2B].o Execute and oversee all marketing activities related to Print Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and event planning etc.o Driving PR through media connects over multiple channelso Branding internally for existing and new clients.o Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.o Coordinate Public Relations and outreach initiatives on regular basis, including media & press releases, company announcements etc.o Collaborate with PR agencies to for Brand positioning if anyo Market research and competition mapping. Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and contribute to sales enablement, networking, trade shows and events.o Track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocatedo Analyse campaign results, customer acquisition data, and other metrics to calculate ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.o Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.o Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibilityo Identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to drive engagement and traffic.o Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content is published across platforms.Qualifications and Experience:Educational Background:o Graduate / MBAExperience:o 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communicationo Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and communication for Corporateso Exposure to industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCGNote:The role may require travel between multiple sites.
