for AGM-Marketing and Communication
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Analyze market trends, track campaign performance & adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
o Organizing and overseeing strategic branding/communication campaigns and promotional events.
o Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales [B2B].
o Execute and oversee all marketing activities related to Print Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and event planning etc.
o Driving PR through media connects over multiple channels
o Branding internally for existing and new clients.
o Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.
o Coordinate Public Relations and outreach initiatives on regular basis, including media & press releases, company announcements etc.
o Collaborate with PR agencies to for Brand positioning if any
o Market research and competition mapping. Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and contribute to sales enablement, networking, trade shows and events.
o Track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated
o Analyse campaign results, customer acquisition data, and other metrics to calculate ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
o Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.
o Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility
o Identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to drive engagement and traffic.
o Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content is published across platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background:
o Graduate / MBA
Experience:
o 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communication
o Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and communication for Corporates
o Exposure to industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCG

The role may require travel between multiple sites.
