AGM / GM - Projects (Construction - Building Works)
Plan, execute, and monitor building construction projects from mobilization to handover.
Prepare and control project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution.
Oversee billing, certification of RA bills, variations, and final accounts.
Coordinate RCC, finishing, and MEP works for smooth project progress.
Implement QA/QC systems and conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure statutory approvals, labor law compliance, and HSE implementation at site.
Handle client coordination, meetings, and issue resolution to maintain satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate project managers, engineers, and site staff.
Prepare MIS reports on progress, cost, risks, and resource utilization for management.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Must have successfully completed at least 4 to 5 Governments Building projects for Government Client such as CPWD, PWD, Railways, NBCC, IRCON etc.
Experience: 10-15 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Civil Engineering
