The AGM/GM - HR Operations (M3 Level) will be responsible for leading and managing the complete HR Operations function, including policy implementation, compensation, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The role requires strong leadership capability, people management expertise, and a data-driven, solution-oriented approach.

Experience in large-scale HR transformation initiatives
Exposure to automation / HR digitization
