• Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Overseeing all electrical aspects of the projects from inception to completion
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
• Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery
• Leading project meetings and effectively communicating project status to stakeholders
• Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing electrical projects
• Proven experience in overseeing project timelines and budgets
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations
