Position - AGM/DGM - Mechanical (HEMM)
Role - Loading Section Head
Reporting to - Head Mechanical
Job Location - Project Site Jharkhand
Experience - Min. 15 years with at least 8 - 10 years in handling large loading equipment's

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating
2. Repair, Overhaul and Maintenance of HEMM Equipment - Large Loading Equipment's (RH 340, PC2000, PC 3000, EX2500,CAT6060)
3. Responsible for enhancing equipment and manpower productivity, ensuring all maintenance [Breakdown and Preventive] is carried out as per schedule, optimizing cost of service, ensuring safety and environment standards including DGMS, OSHAS, PCB and ISO 14001.
4. Responsible for HEMM Equipment upgradation projects as per the schedule coordinating with the agencies involved.
5. Responsible for day-to-day management of outsourced contracted crew through Shift In charge.
6. Service Targets Achieved (Breakdown & Preventive).
7. Quality of the Serviced Equipment ensured.
