EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent. With 10-15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations AGM/DGM - IT will be responsible for end-to-end IT infrastructure, operations, security, and service delivery across all residential projects and corporate offices. This role ensures high availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency of IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives across Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Corporate functions. Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or large multi-location enterprises preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role ensures high availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency of IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives across Sales, Marketing, Projects, and corporate functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Infrastructure & Operations

Lead and manage pan-India IT infrastructure across corporate office and ~10 residential project sites, supporting 700+ users. Ensure 24x7 availability of network, hosting, storage, and end-user computing environments. Own incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs. Drive root cause analysis, swift isolation, and resolution of IT network, server, and application issues.
Cloud, Server & Network Management

Configure, manage, and monitor cloud environments (Azure) including user and group administration. Administer Windows Servers, storage solutions, virtualization, and backup systems.o Oversee network administration, connectivity between sites, and secure access mechanisms. Implement and manage monitoring and automation tools for proactive infrastructure management.
Data Backup & Asset Management

Implement and manage centralized data backup solutions (e.g., Parablu) ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness. Own IT asset lifecycle management including hardware, software licenses, inventory, and audits across all locations.
Information Security & Compliance

Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee endpoint security, drive encryption, and vulnerability management using tools such as Qualys and McAfee. Conduct periodic security reviews, audits, and patch management activities.o Collaborate with internal teams to remediate vulnerabilities and strengthen security posture. Project IT Enablement Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Project teams to design and deploy IT infrastructure for new site offices. Lead IT planning and budgeting for new projects, launches, and expansions.o Ensure timely delivery of IT requirements aligned with business timelines and budgets. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage and evaluate IT vendors, system integrators, ISPs, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and ensure service quality and cost optimization. Act as a key IT interface for internal stakeholders across regions and functions.
Budgeting & Governance

Lead annual IT infrastructure budgeting and periodic cost optimization exercises. Track IT spends, optimize licensing and resource utilization. Implement governance frameworks aligned with IT policies and best practices.
People & Regional IT Management

Manage IT manpower including attendance, escalations, performance, and skill development. Oversee regional IT operations (West region or assigned geography) ensuring uniform service standards. Build scalable IT processes to support organizational growth.
