Job Title -

AGM/DGM - Plant Controller & MIS

Qualification - M.com/MBA(Finance)/ CA / CMA Experience - 15+ years if Candidate is M.com/ MBA(Finance) or 12+ years if Candidate is CA/CMA and require core experience in Costing and Accounts Competencies - Expert knowledge on plant controllership, budgeting, costing and MIS preparation & Accounts Reporting to - Plant Commercial Head with dotted line reporting to CFO/FC at Corporate Office IT Skills - Advance knowledge of MS Excel and SAP is must Key Responsibilities Preparation of product level monthly projections with control on all parameters on monthly basis Preparation and review of Variance Analysis on weekly & Monthly Basis Preparation of product level Profit & Loss account on monthly basis Preparation of various standard MIS's and any other MIS required at plant of Corporate office level Preparation and review of Fund requirement on Monthly and Annual basis Active participation in capex budgeting and control over capex costs Control on product level working capital requirements on monthly basis Coordinating with all concerned department to ensure costs control Preparing REX costing and product costing as per requirements Review of BOM and other production related parameters Preparation of annual budget and variance analysis of budgets prepared Lead the Plant treasury team and ensure timely vendor payments All other activities as given by Plant Head, Commercial Head, Finance Controller and CFO
