Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in Accounting with strong Project Management skills.
• Manage financials and accounts related to project budgets.
• Track cash flow and analyse financial strengths and weaknesses of the company.
• Oversee all aspects of financial performance and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct risk management by analysing liabilities, investments, and financial exposures.
• Control and evaluate the organization's capital structure and fundraising plans.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and projections.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies.
• Lead and guide a team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

What We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of proven experience in a large manufacturing industry.
• Age: 32 to 45 years.
• Strong understanding of financial laws, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, financial forecasting, and modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and high comfort working with numbers.
• Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
