Role Team Leader - Optical Operation Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Technology Location Mumbai Job Purpose Operation and Maintenance for Transport Optical network uptime and service quality. Expansion of DWDM Network. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Maintain Network Up time & Link Uptime - 99.99% Transmission KPI monitoring & relevant actions with other stake holders Ensure proactive solution implementation with coordination with all stake holders to avoid network outages (P1 to P5) Carrying out daily TX field observation in co-ordination with all stake holders. Network fault analysis & escalations to take solution from OEM Publishing Network elements health check up to respective stake holders. MS governance based on SLA Co-ordination with commercial, finance & OEM\'s for PR/PO, invoice & ensure payment Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Knowledge of TX technologies - SDH, MW, Optical, DWDM , IP Hands on working knowledge on below OEM\'s: Huawei OSN, ECI BG, XDM, NPT, DWDM Technologies , Nokia / Ericsson / Huawei MW, Team management, communication & presentation skills and data and inventory management. Should have experience to handle team in field challenges. Knowledge of IP, Router, switch and IP protocols would be plus point Must have technical / professional qualifications 10-15 years of experience in telecom industry and minimum 5-7 years of experience Transmission Projects n Ops.
