Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Manager / AGM - Strategic Alliances
to drive new business opportunities and expand strategic partnerships, particularly with
top education institutions in India and globally
. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams--product, marketing, and market research--to identify growth opportunities and strengthen strategic collaborations that align with our mission of delivering high-impact tech education.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative business strategies and partnership models with a strong focus on engaging
leading universities, colleges, and academic bodies
.
Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships across diverse sectors, with a special emphasis on
top-tier education institutions
.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in India and overseas markets, especially those that involve collaboration with reputed academic partners.
Collaborate with the market research team to assess trends in the education and edtech space to drive year-on-year partnership expansion.
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the business pipeline and progress of partnership discussions with
academic and industry partners
.
Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies in all new alliances and agreements, including MOUs and contracts with education institutions.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduate with 5+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years in
edtech or a closely related domain
, preferably in roles involving academic partnerships or institutional collaboration.
Strong understanding of technology applications and digital platforms in the education sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, especially in engaging with senior academic stakeholders.
Proven track record in client relationship management and business networking, including
successful tie-ups with universities, colleges, or academic boards
.
Strong problem-solving, data analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills.
